Return Policy

1) Return Window

We accept return requests within 7 days from the date you receive your item. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue.

2) Eligible Returns

Returns may be eligible if:

• The item is wrong (wrong product/size/color compared to the order confirmation).
• The item arrives damaged/defective (manufacturing defect).
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging (where applicable).

3) Non-Returnable Items

• Items that are worn, washed, altered, heavily scented, or not in original condition.
• Items returned without original tags/packaging (where applicable).
• Clearance/final-sale items (if clearly stated at time of purchase).

4) How to Request a Return

1. Contact us and provide your order details and reason for return.
2. For defects/damage, please include clear photos and (if relevant) packaging condition.
3. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

5) Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item/defect), we will guide you on the best return method.
• If the return is due to change of mind or size preference (when approved), return shipping may be borne by the customer.

6) Refunds / Exchanges

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval/rejection.
• If approved, we may offer a replacement/exchange (subject to stock) or a refund.
• Refund processing time depends on the payment method/provider and may take several business days.

7) Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.
• If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details or repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipping costs may apply.
