Professional Tournament Rulebook

1. Competition Format

• This tournament is conducted in a 1 versus 1 street football format.
• Each match shall consist of two (2) halves.
• Each half shall be two (2) minutes in duration.
• The half-time interval shall be thirty (30) seconds.
• Total normal playing time shall therefore be four (4) minutes.

2. Match Objective

• A goal shall count as one (1) point.
• A valid PANA (nutmeg), as determined by the referee, shall count as two (2) points.
• The player with the highest total points at the end of normal time shall be declared the winner.

3. Definition of Valid PANA

• A valid PANA occurs when the ball is intentionally and clearly played through the opponent’s legs during active play.
• The referee’s ruling on whether a PANA is valid shall be final and binding.

4. Start and Restart of Play

• Play shall begin only upon the referee’s signal.
• Any restart after the ball goes out of play shall be conducted in the manner instructed by the referee.
• Players must restart play promptly when directed.

5. Scoring

• Each goal shall count as one (1) point.
• Each valid PANA shall count as two (2) points.
• Own goals shall count in favour of the opponent as one (1) point.
• The player with the highest number of total points at the end of normal time shall be declared the winner.

6. Fouls and Misconduct

• The following actions shall constitute fouls or misconduct:
  • Kicking or attempting to kick an opponent
  • Tripping or attempting to trip an opponent
  • Pushing, holding, pulling, or charging unfairly
  • Dangerous tackling or reckless body contact
  • Deliberate handball
  • Unsporting conduct, abuse, intimidation, or aggressive behaviour

7. Physical Contact

• Limited fair contact may be tolerated at the referee’s discretion.
• Excessive force, violent conduct, or dangerous challenges are strictly prohibited.

8. Handball

• Deliberate handball is prohibited.
• Any goal scored directly as a result of deliberate handball shall not be counted.
• Accidental handball situations shall be judged solely by the referee.

9. Time-Wasting

• Players shall not deliberately delay restarts, kick the ball away, or otherwise waste time.
• The referee may issue warnings or penalties where appropriate.

10. Result of Drawn Matches

• If total points are level at the end of normal time, the organiser reserves the right to determine the winner through sudden death, extra time, skill challenge, or any other method announced before or during the event.

11. Referee Authority

• All decisions made by the referee are final.
• No protest, dispute, argument, or abusive conduct toward match officials shall be tolerated.

12. Dress Code and Equipment

• Players must wear suitable sports attire and proper footwear.
• Dangerous accessories including chains, watches, sharp items, or unsuitable studs are not allowed.

13. Health and Fitness Declaration

• By submitting this form, the participant confirms that he is physically fit and medically able to participate in this event.
• The participant further confirms that all information submitted is true and accurate.

14. Injury, Risk, and Liability Disclaimer

• Participation in this event is entirely at the participant’s own risk.
• Any injury, medical issue, accident, loss, theft, or damage sustained before, during, or after the event shall be the sole responsibility of the participant.
• Neutron Garments, NeverMoreSure, event organisers, venue owners, sponsors, partners, staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, claim, loss, cost, or damage arising from participation.

15. Media Release

• By registering, the participant grants permission for photographs, videos, and event footage featuring him to be used for social media, promotional materials, brand campaigns, and future event marketing without compensation.

16. Organiser Rights

• The organiser reserves the right to amend the rules, schedule, format, match procedure, or event arrangements where necessary for operational, safety, or promotional reasons.
• The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant for misconduct, dishonesty, violence, non-compliance, or behaviour deemed harmful to the event.

17. Acceptance

• By signing and submitting this registration form, the participant acknowledges that he has read, understood, and fully accepted all rules, declarations, disclaimers, and obligations stated above.
